Two ways to reach us
Both go to the same phone and the same people. Pick whichever app you already have open — WhatsApp is what most guests use, Telegram is just as fast, and neither of them puts you in a queue behind an automated menu. There is no phone line to call and no email address to wait on, because a written thread is the only channel we can answer reliably at three in the morning.
When we answer, and what to send
We are on the phone daily from eight in the morning to eleven at night, Tashkent time, which is UTC+5. Outside those hours we still read messages when we know a guest is in the air, so a night arrival is never left unanswered. If you are writing from Europe, Tashkent is four or five hours ahead depending on the season, which means a message sent over your breakfast usually has an answer before you have finished it. From North America the gap is larger, so it is worth sending everything you need in one message rather than waiting for a back and forth.
- Daily 08:00 – 23:00 (Asia/Tashkent, UTC+5)
- Typical reply time: about 10 minutes
- We answer in English, Russian and Uzbek
- Late-night arrivals are handled overnight
Put these three things in your first message
Your dates and how many of you
Arrival and departure dates, plus the number of adults and children. That is enough for us to check both apartments and come back with a total price rather than a range.Your flight number, if you have one
The flight number lets us track the aircraft and arrange the airport transfer at the same time. If your flight lands at four in the morning, say so and we will confirm a driver in the same reply. What you want to see
Amirsoy, Chimgan, Charvak, the Chinorkent cable car, the metro stations, Besh Qozon, Magic City — or nothing planned yet. Tell us roughly and we will suggest which day of your stay suits which route, based on the season and the forecast. If you have a fixed day that cannot move, say which one and we will build the rest of the week around it.
Where we host and drive
Both apartments sit in the centre of Tashkent, and our drivers cover the whole city plus the mountain valleys north-east of it. If you are unsure whether we reach where you are going, ask — the answer is usually yes, and where it is not we will tell you who does it properly instead of taking the booking anyway. Day trips and transfers are available whether or not you are staying with us, so guests in hotels elsewhere in Tashkent book them on exactly the same terms.
- Amir Timur Square, Broadway and Sailgokh Street
- Tashkent City Park, Yunusabad and Mirabad districts
- Chorsu, Besh Qozon and the big bazaars
- Tashkent International Airport, both terminals
- Amirsoy, Greater Chimgan and the Chinorkent cable car
- Charvak reservoir and the Bostanlyk valleys
Frequently asked questions
Tap any booking button on this site and it opens a WhatsApp chat with us, already filled in with what you were looking at. Tell us your dates and we confirm availability, the exact address and the meeting details in the same thread. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.
We host in English and Russian, and our drivers and guides work in both. Uzbek is our first language, so anything you need arranged locally — a doctor, a SIM card, a table at a restaurant — we can handle it for you by phone.
We agree the price with you on WhatsApp before anything is confirmed, so there are never hidden fees. You can pay in cash in US dollars or Uzbek som on arrival, or by bank transfer in advance if you prefer. Prices depend on the season and the length of your stay, which is why we quote on request rather than publishing a fixed rate.
